Representing the second high-rise building constructed with the innovative, efficient, and cost-effective SpeedCore structural system, this 19-story office tower offers 840,000 ft of office space, a fitness center, and 1,630 parking stalls. Unique design elements include three outdoor terraces per floor and a facade with six cutting-edge “light canyons” that provide interior natural light.
