Fashion Show Mall East Entry Plaza Renovation

This comprehensive upgrade to an existing shopping center included an 80,000-ft² renovation and 24,000-ft² expansion of the east entry plaza, tenant spaces, and food court. MKA provided designs for new features such as two-story retail and restaurant addition connected to the existing mall, two single-story retail structures constructed around the base towers of an existing roof canopy, and five free-standing kiosks built on the existing east entry plaza.  In addition, the entry plaza’s renovation incorporated new landscape and hardscape features, while the interior renovations added elevators and escalators to serve shoppers.
