Six-story, 37,161-m² (400,000-ft²) retail complex on a full city block with below-grade parking for 1,200 vehicles. The project includes retail space for 60 upscale tenants; an 11-screen, 3,200-seat cinema complex; five restaurants; a six-story, 929-m² (10,000-ft²) atrium with full-size skylight; and a cantilevered cable-stayed pedestrian bridge connecting to an adjacent Nordstrom flagship store. Civil elements include preparation of street improvement plans for 366 linear m (1,200 lft) of improvements and Pine Street Corridor LID requirements.
