Senior Principal
Sean Clifton is a Senior Principal who oversees MKA’s Southeast Asia projects. He has designed mixed-use, office, and residential high-rise towers in North America and abroad, including many notable developments in the Philippines. In addition, Sean helps lead the firm’s efforts to advance Performance-Based Wind Design (PBWD), having served as the Principal-in-Charge for the structural design of the first American skyscraper to incorporate PBWD into its design. In 2022, Engineering News-Record named Sean a Top 25 Newsmaker.
