Amazon’s downtown headquarters features three 37-story, 1.15-million-ft²  Performance-Based Seismic Design office towers on separate blocks. The campus sits on a large podium base and includes interconnected low-rise office buildings, street-level retail, a 2,000-seat auditorium, and six levels of below-grade parking. The iconic centerpiece of the development is The Spheres. These three intersecting glass-and-steel structures total 65,000 ft² and enclose five freestanding, nature-inspired workspace levels that function as a gathering spot for Amazon’s employees.
