Office campus development with three, 37-story, performance-based seismic design office buildings on separate blocks, each approximately 106,838 m² (1.15-million ft²), on a large podium or connected low-rise office structure and six levels of below-grade parking. Project also includes a 2,000-seat auditorium and the “Spheres”—three, intersecting, glass-and-steel structures totaling 6,038 m² (65,000 ft²).
