Salesforce Tower
At 61 stories, this Performance-Based Seismic Design (PBSD) office tower is the tallest building west of the Mississippi River (based on highest occupied floor). The building connects directly to the Salesforce Transit Center and features wide-open office space with column-free leasing bays and unobstructed corners. It is also the first PBSD commercial office building in California, and anchors the city’s Transbay neighborhood redevelopment.
