34-story, 45,337-m² (488,000-ft²) performance-based seismic design residential tower with 254 units, 4 levels of above-grade parking, and at-grade retail, all immediately adjacent to a BART commuter tunnel. This is the first performance-based seismic design tower in Oakland and is Oakland’s tallest residential building.
