Four-story, 35,582-m² (383,000-ft²) high-tech office building set into a steeply sloping hillside comprised of small roof terraces and walkways that step down the site towards the lake with civil site design for a full city block. MKA’s civil solutions include complex pedestrian connections to each sloping street frontage, contending with overhead utilities, analyzing existing dedicated storm drain system for capacity, and integrating amenities such as bike and kayak storage.
