Seven-story, 85-ft-tall office building with six levels of mass timber–framed construction atop a one-story concrete base and one-story, below-grade parking level. The lateral system is a perimeter steel braced frame, which was developed as an alternate option to the prototypical concrete core at T3 Minneapolis (also by MKA).
