This three-story, 211,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art academic facility brings together diverse programming, including classrooms, laboratories, and multi-function spaces for studies in hospitality, entrepreneurism, and food science, with specialized areas for fermentation study and a roastery. Designed as an innovative center for experiential learning and entrepreneurial excellence, the Center also incorporates public retail space and the Texas A&M Visitor Center. The project utilizes mass timber as the primary structural material and is proudly incorporating 100% Texas-sourced Southern Yellow Pine in the design.
